Last Friday, 4/24/08, Denise and Andy were married at the William Aiken House! It was a perfect Spring Day in Charleston...beautiful weather, a happy couple and a timeless setting. We used the colors red, champagne and tiffany blue to make the historic venue pop! Here is a sneak peak of the event…
Thank you to all of my wonderful vendors who were involved - The William Aiken House, Red Shutter Studio, OK Florist, Elaine’s Events, Snyder Event Rentals and Lounge, Chris Teves, and Loose Chain.
Last weekend, 4/18/2009, Sarah and Alex were married at the Historic Rice Mill Building! Definitely one of my most favorite weddings ever! What a fun couple and rich color scheme! Sarah chose the theme of "purposely haphazard" and the colors of ice peach, orange and royal blue to incorporate throughout the venue! Annie with A New Leaf Studio created 2 orange trees to mark the ceremony site, and then accented the floral centerpieces with the oranges as well to tie it all together. The color scheme also showed up on the "Scoop Your Own" candy display with gummy orange slices, blue raspberry airheads, orange jelly beans and blue m&m's. Can't wait to share some of the images when they are up and ready but here is a sneak peak from my camera!
I would like to thank all of the wonderful vendors involved...The Historic Rice Mill Building, Good Food Catering, A New Leaf Studio, Elaine's Events, Oh Snap! Photobooth, Lea Dales Photography, Two 3 Ways, and Events by Duvall Lounge Furniture!
